Wood Fences
Two categorizes of wood fence exist, regular post (4x4) and large post (6x6) fences. They are categorized by the size of post used in the fence system, four inch by four inch and six inch by six inch respectively. All post are set a minimum of 36 inches deep and set in place with concrete. Wood fences can be built out of presure treated or cedar lumber. If you would like a quote please contact us.

Wood 4x4 Post: Shadow Box with Lattice

The shadow box fence is one of the most common styles we replace in Oakville. Total Hieght 6'.
Option of three types of lattice: privacy, privacy plus and square.
Board spacing is a standard 3.5" but can optionally be changed to 2" for added privacy
Gates to match: Arched or Rectangular with lattice.

Wood 4x4 Post: Ulrick with "I" Top

The Ulrick "I" top fence is a popular alternative to the shadow box fence. This fence offers complete privacy a the boards are nailed directly onto of each other. The "I" beam top is of two 2x4's and one 2x6.
Total hieght 6' 6".

Wood 4x4 Post: Shadow Box with Flat Top

Similar to the Shadow box but a full six ft of fence boards. Capped with a flat 2x4.

Wood 6x6 Post: Friendly Nieghbour with Flat Top

Upgraded to the 6x6 posts to add strength and rigidity to your fence.

Wood 6x6 Post: Friendly Niehbour with "I" Top

Our most common fence installed in new subdivsion homes. Rails can be modified to include a curve.

Wood 6x6 Post: Shadow Box Plus with Lattice

An upgrade from our popular shadowbox fence. Includes larger 6x6 posts, as well as additional 2x6 detail around the lattice

Gates

Single and double gates are avaible to match each fence design. Choose from a curved arch top, or rectangular shaped gate. All gates include a handle, oversized hinges, and latch mechanism. Also be sure to ask about gate upgrades such as iron inserts, iron gates and custom designs.
